I only want to add that simple regular soap and water does so much. Washing your hands with a simple castile soap with no chemical additives is just as efficient as a chemical anti-bacterial fancy soap. Washing your counters with good hot soapy water and rinsing them with hot water then drying them off is effective too. It also allows your microbiome to stay in better balance.
Add in a good pro-biotic to your family's daily routine either first thing in the morning or right before bed. Whether it is a quality food based capsule or kefir (yogurt) as a snack.
*sidenote: take the kefir and put it in the little popcicle maker cups you can buy and freeze it for an extra good treat... you can even smash in some of your favorite berries for an added extra kick of vitamins and minerals.
